Review

Application is being reviewed by the recruitment team 
Stage 3

Telephone Interview

Once we have reviewed your application, should your profile be a potential match, we will schedule in an initial telephone interview with someone from the recruitment team. 
Stage 4

First Interview

Interview with the Hiring Team 
Stage 5

Assessment Task

As part of our hiring process we require interviewees to carry out a technical assessment of their skills for the role that they are applying for. 
Stage 6

Offer of Employment

Offer of employment is made to the shortlisted candidate. The offer letter, contract of employment and new joiner forms are sent to the candidate. 
Stage 7

Pre-employment Vetting

As part of our hiring process we we carry out pre-employment vetting. The level of vetting is BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard). We carry out vetting for all of our employees and this is expected to be completed before new joiners start. 
Stage 8

Hired

New joiner has passed the vetting, signed their contract, returned their forms and has a start date confirmed.
