Stage 3

Telephone Interview

Once we have reviewed your application, should your profile be a potential match, we will schedule in an initial telephone interview with someone from the recruitment team. 
Stage 4

Interview

Interview with the hiring team. 
Stage 5

Second Interview

Second Interview with members from the Senior Leadership Team. 
Stage 6

Final Interview

Final Interview with members from the National Board and presentation. 
Stage 7

Offer of Employment

Offer of employment has been made

Pre-employment Vetting

As part of our hiring process we we carry out pre-employment vetting. The level of vetting is dependent on the Branches location. We carry out vetting for all PFEW employees and this is expected to be completed before new joiners start.
